Medical-Grade Facials. Clinically Supervised.

Most facials treat the surface. Ours go deeper. At Stahl Medical, every facial treatment is physician-supervised and built around your skin's actual biology. We use clinical-grade technology, evidence-informed protocols, and the diagnostic precision of a medical practice to deliver results that a traditional spa simply cannot replicate. If you're serious about your skin, this is where you start.

Our Medical Standard

Whether you're exploring aesthetic medicine for the first time or ready to go deeper, every treatment at Stahl Medical is backed by physician oversight and clinical-grade technology, something you won't find at a traditional med spa in Boerne or anywhere in the Hill Country.

Frequently Asked Question

Answers to some of our most common questions about treatments, recovery, and results.

What is a HydraFacial and how is it different from a regular facial?

A HydraFacial is a medical-grade, multi-step treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities, and infuses the skin with hydrating serums—all in one session. Unlike a traditional facial, it uses advanced technology to deliver instant, visible results with no downtime.

Is microneedling painful?

Most patients find microneedling very tolerable. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to keep you comfortable, so you’ll typically feel only light pressure or a mild prickling sensation.

How long is the recovery from microneedling?

Downtime is minimal. You may experience redness similar to a mild sunburn for 24–72 hours, with some light dryness or flaking as your skin renews. Most people return to normal activities within a day.

How often should I get a facial?

For best results, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks to align with your skin’s natural renewal cycle. Your provider can tailor a schedule based on your skin goals and concerns.
